Intro to Pilates

Educate Yourself in our INTRO PRIVATE SESSION . Learn proper breathing techniques that will help you get the most out of every exercise. Don’t know the difference between neutral & imprint? You’ll not only learn what these terms mean but you’ll also understand when to use them. Got shoulder and neck tension? Learn how to control these muscles so they only activate when you tell them to. Ever heard of anyone cuing your rib cage in a fitness class? We do that here, and it makes all the difference in improving your posture!


Pilates 

Sculpt Your Core in Pilates . Strengthen your back, tone your abdominal muscles and improve your posture. Climb on to our Reformer and feel the difference the springs and pulleys can make. Take your knowledge outside and apply it to all your activities to make them safer and more effective. Pilates will help anyone from the client using it for physical therapy to the client using it for athletic conditioning. Let Pilates improve your quality of life!


Tower 1

Improve Your Flexibility in Tower . Stiff back? Achy joints? Enjoy freedom of movement, release muscle tension and rehydrate connective tissue. We convert the Reformer into a stable surface where we use the springs from the Tower to help articulate your spine and to fix muscle imbalances. You will leave feeling taller and happier than when you walked in.


Jump+

Boost Your Cardio in our JUMP+. Improve your heart health, lose weight & reduce stress! Ever use the words fun and jumping jacks in the same sentence before? Private Pilates

Private Pilates Sessions  give you the utmost individualized attention to work specifically on your fitness goals. At Pure Physique PilateZ, you will have the option of using a Stott Pilates Reformer with Tower,Stability Chair and a variety of other accessories. Private Sessions are highly recommended for people who are new to Pilates or have not exercised in a while or at all. Private Sessions are very beneficial for people who would like to continue their physical therapy with a highly trained Pilates professional. Private Sessions are best for people who have special situations or limitations that require one-on-one personalized sessions to meet their individual needs and goals. Consistent and continuous Private Sessions are the best way to see results in your body sooner!
